Refund policy

At EOI STUDIO, we accept items in it's orginal condition for a refund, store credit or exchange.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return. Return requests must be submitted by emailing us at eoistudio1985@gmail.com. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow.

If you do not ship your return within 10 days of receiving the item, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

Please note items may only be returned once.
